Exercise: Entrepreneurs A & B

Two neighbors, A & B, who live along a river simultaneously, sense a bad flood coming. Both use the exact same materials, methods and specifications to build innovative and bag leaves around their homes. Person A’s levee is struck by a passing log and collapses, destroying all his possessions. Person B’s is not struck by anything and their levee holds perfectly, saving everything. Who is more entrepreneurial, A or B?
